Marina is passionate about challenging the status quo of how we understand and teach economy and management-related content to our students. To accomplish this goal and to create a more inclusive and sustainable society and business environment, she seeks the exchange with fellow educators and practitioners. Furthermore, she is actively engaged in networks, such as the European School of Sustainability Science and Research (ESSSR), The Sustainability Centres Community of the Network for Business Sustainability (NBS SCC), and the newly founded AIB Sustainability SIG.
Marina holds a BA and MA from Trier University and is currently doing her PhD with University of Goettingen. She is a Lecturer, Research Associate and Project Manager at the Center for Advanced Sustainable Management at CBS International Business School in Cologne, Germany. Marina is also an active Member of the AIB Shared Interest Group on Sustainability.

Aušrinė teaches various topics related to international management for undergraduates, master’s degree students, as well as professionals in continuous education. In all Aušrinė’s courses, there is a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and global collaboration. She has served as a digital mentor, supporting teachers in the adoption of new technologies and innovative teaching methods for online education. Aušrinė holds a PhD from the University of Vaasa. In her multilevel research, Aušrinė applies critical realism and social metatheories, and integrates multiple disciplines in expanding the boundaries of the IB research domain; her work has also appeared in the journal Critical Perspectives on International Business.
